Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend monitoring your payment method for the refund confirmation.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. If you received a gift that you wish to return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, only the actual amount paid will be refunded. Any bundled free items must be returned with the main product to qualify for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the transaction before it appears on your statement.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and provide you with status updates. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to coordinate with your payment provider to trace the transaction.

For payments made via alternative methods (e.g., bank transfers or digital wallets), refund processing times may vary. We will provide specific timelines for these payment methods upon request.
